He acts for many of the largest construction and civil engineering contractors in Ireland and his particular expertise in this regard is recognised in the European Legal 500. As most of the litigation arising out of construction contracts is through arbitration, Mr. Hussey’s experience in substantial arbitrations goes back to 1976.
